Coldplay invited an injured child onto the stage ahead of their performance on the Today Show in New York this morning (June 27th).The fan, who was in the front row of the audience outside the Rockefeller Centre, was picked out by frontman Chris Martin because he was wearing a sling. He was then asked up onto the stage so that Martin could ask him all about his injury. Coldplay performed a string of hits to a packed New York audience during their exclusive performance and at one point had to dodge a bra that was thrown onto stage by one over enthusiastic fan.
