I will attempt to tab the guitar parts.......EVENTUALLY. I'm not too sure about its tuning yet.

In any case, this is a rough roadmap:

    Intro/Verse =
    Em7 - Em - Bm7 - Bm6

    Prechorus =
    C - Asus4

    Chorus =
    Em - D - Bm

    Falsetto Part =
    C - Asus4

    Buildup to the finale =
    Em - D - C x2

Finale = Chorus, when Jonny's higher solo starts it goes to verse chords

i have nooooooooooo clue what that tuning is. I've been staring at the chord formations trying to figure out what on earth would produce that sound. jonny's part was so easy in comparison...!

edit: sudden brainwave! could it be the same tuning as Us Against The World? I'm about to go to sleep but if someone does try it let me know!

There is a way to play it that's in standard, but my suspicion is that the tuning is [UATW - good guess, but I don't think so]...I think it's EADGBd (Trouble) or EGDGBd or EABGBd or EGBGBd. Basically, this song is heavy on the notes G and B. I want to say it's like Trouble because in the quiet interludes, Chris seems to be laying his finger across the 12th fret, as in, 0,12,12,12,12,12...which is suspiciously similar to how Jonny plays Trouble.

A Bm6 is a Bm chord with a G in it, which in standard is 79978x or perhaps 79900x.

    WE WILL FIGURE THIS OUT.

I tried UATW tuning, no result (But I sure did have some fun with the tuning!)

I noticed the twelfth fret strums, usually that's an Open giveaway but not in this case! Either way, it implies that went strummed open it produces a chord of some sort (technically that's true for anything). I'm fairly certain the first four strings are EADG because of the fifth chords he's playing. I may be wrong, but those look sure to me. It's just..er...all the other chord formations that don't seem to line up!

Generally I leave the finding-tunings to other people so this is my first crack at it. I'm flailing in the water!

Playing in standard is pretty fun but it doesn't produce quite the same sound...it's that "sound" i'm after!

    EDIT
Here, give this a shotyou can use standard tuning, I used the Trouble tuning you suggested)

they got one eye watching you, one eye on what you do:
    eadgbd
    079900->0 10 12 12 0 0 (so, power chords of Em and G, sliding between the two)
so be careful what it is:
    757000
    you're trying to do:
    799700

why dont the just publish the tuning, including the chords, otherwise, it'd be really hard for us to figure out the tab

    That...looks pretty good splintercell.

I have to apologize...I've left my guitar in UATW tuning because I love the song so much and want to play it all day and night to the point that I can't put my guitar back in standard or anything else for a week or two.

That said, here's my take on Major Minus in standard because I have that memorized...perhaps it can help you with figuring out the chords in the alternate tuning(s) because all of these chords have roughly the correct hand position on the neck.

    Em7 - 0,10,12,0,0,0
    Em - 079000
    Bm7 - 797777 / 79977x
    Bm7 - 79978x or 79900x

    C - x32010
    Asus4 - 577700

Chorus Em = 0,14,14,14,00 to 0,14,14,12,00 to follow the "ooh ooh" melody.
    D = 10,12,12,11,10,0
    Same Bm

Hey guys, been working with this arrangement and found that for both movement and sound it seems pretty close. Found a good few of these chords on www.metal-head.org and made a few adjustments of my own. Anyway, hope it helps.*

    Tuning: E. A. *D. *G. *B. *D. *

    Verse:
    [Em] *Got one eye...
    0 * * * * * *To * * * *0
    14 * * * * * * * * * * * *7
    12 * * * * * * * * * * * *9
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * *0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * *0
    0** * * * * * * * * * * * * 0
    so be careful...
    [D] * * * * *To * * *[Bm]
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * *7
    5 * * * * * * * * * * * * *9
    7 * * * * * * * * * * * * *9
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 0

    Pre-chorus:

    And be careful/See those crocodiles...
    [C] * * * * * *To * * * * *[Am] * * * * * * * (X2)
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 5
    3 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 7
    2 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 7
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *0

    Chorus:

    Ohh Ohhhh....

    [Em]
    0 * * * * * * * * *0
    7 * * * * * * * * * 7
    9 * * * * * * * * * 9
    9 * * * * * * * * * 0
    0 * * * * * * * * *0
    0 * * * * * * * * *0

    [D] * * * * *To * * *[Bm]
    10 * * * * * * * * * * * * *7
    12 * * * * * * * * * * * * *9
    12 * * * * * * * * * * * * *9
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 7 or 0
    0 * * * * * * * * * * * * * 0
