Hi everyone!

I joined Coldplaying a year and 13 days ago and I am not done entirely done with my celebratory picspams! Still a couple to go! It is also my 12 000th post, and for once the usual picspam won't be about Chris-entirely.

If Coldplay is about 5 best friends, let's not forget it was started by 2 of them, Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland. They met in 1996 at college. The exact circumstances are still unknown, as Chris has given different stories over the years. However, the two bumping into each other in a hallway is, it seems, the one most people consider to be true. Chris has also claimed that it was "love at first sight, in a musical way" and that they "still have musical sex every day".
Green Eyes and What If were written (at least partly) for Jonny.
In an interview in 2008, one of the interviewers said that the first time she met them, backstage, Chris first introduced Jonny as his best friend, and then the guitarist from the band Coldplay. Now how cute is that ?

The fact that they seem very close and loving each other, especially during concerts and interviews, has dazzled fangirls over the years. Now the truth probably isn't that they're secretly married, but there definitely is a special bond between the two of them. This special friendship is simply adorable and the deep affection and respect they have for each other certainly is one of the elements that have kept the band together all these years, and it feels that whatever happens in life, they'll always be friends.
