Like I said, an "addiction" could happen, other than that I wouldn't suggest taking it if you have sleep apnea or anything that compromises your respiratory system, no drinking for you and I guess that's it. You're always welcome not to take them if you're not alright with it. I'm personally not very fond of sleeping pills, but in the end it's not my decision and you can always go get a second opinion.

And next time, don't be such a little boy about it.
