It's not a case, but it's definetly real. It's a gelaskin case where you can upload your own picture and make it into a skin.

you save them to your computer and then drag them in the folder which your iPhone syncs to. To change the folder that your iPhone syncs to, connect your iPhone, go to the Photos, and there should be a place where you can select a folder that's your computer

Thanks, I did something similar to this but I used the whole graffiti wall and changed it to different sections every now and again!
