Does anyone have any idea what kind of synth is used in Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall?

If you're looking for a brand or make, it's almost impossible. Someone may have the exact same setting as one, but Coldplay, Eno, Dravs et al have probably changed the setting slightly whether with cut-off, reverb or what have you.

From what I've got and heard, I reckon you can get some similar-sounding things on any keyboard/synth. I'd recommend a Microkorg XL if you're thinking of buying one. There are many good leads on that that sound very ETIAW.

Oh no. The albums do fine but now all the rock awards are going to ed Sherran (who i do not like!) :/
