I don't know you guys. I can picture Chris fist-pumping to this song for some reason. It just doesn't sound like a Coldplay song. I have it on repeat though, and I'm trying to let it grow on me.

I just list listened to it. It's still not very clear in my head, but what I can say is the old Coldplay is definitely gone. It felt like a touching celebration song, not as bad as I thought it was going to be but.. I'm gonna miss the old them. Good thing their first albums are always gonna be there for me to listen

It's certainly different, but as much as I'd love for them to make A Rush of Blood to the Head every album, it would make the original fairly ordinary. The idea is to leave your mind open to redefine what Coldplay means to you, otherwise what fun is all this? It's obviously well written and not utter shit. I gave it 8/10 on the poll thread, you can too.

It's different from what I expected, but on the whole I like it and I think it will sound awesome live.
