That's like releasing dates for movies. Tentpoles always has the best releasing dates (usually May-July & November-December) for big box-office. New album is going to be huge. That's why I think they won't change successful formula and would release it somewhere in May or June. Because best time for touring is summer. And announced festivals gigs talk about the same. Everything is ready for new album.

I remember we didn't hear about release date of VLV until March or something like that.

June. At least I hope it does. June is such happy time of the year for me and having Coldplay to listen to during the summer would make my summer perfect. Just like when Viva la Vida came out.
