i can't say for sure since i only 'followed' that one last year but i remember in March i already knew like half the bands that were going to play (at least the ones i would had been interested to see), i think the whole list is given in late feb/early march.

so far only coldplay and the black crowes (

)are the bands confirmed, i'll try to keep that updated for the ones going.
