i think i know what you mean it happens to me in the middle of the night sometimes (usually in the calf) they really do hurt

UGH yes on the calves

It's been a while since i had them but when i did i used to get them in the middle of the night out of nowhere

CRAMP ON MY CALF GOD DAMMIT...

they suck. ok. you have to stretch your leg out and shit.

I get them on my toes too.

I'm not sure what that is

But I get a muscle cramp in my calf sometimes when I wake up in the morning, it hurts like hell
