I think it's more 80s, it sounds more like Arcade Fire though than Coldplay.

I doubt anyone would take up a case. Lovers In Japan wasn't as big a hit as Viva La Vida therefore there's not enough money to be made of it.

I don't know why the hell you all get so paranoid about a song sounding like a CP's song in certain part (s).... it gets so annoying, is as if you spend your free time trying to get a song that sounds like a CP song and then you're like "ZOOOMG!!!!111!!!!!
