Sparks Chords

I've been playing acoustic for a few months now, and I'm trying to learn some songs from the boys, like "Sparks" from their debut album.

I have my guitar tuned EADGBD and Capo is at the 6th fret, based on this:

I'm not sure I'm understanding the chords from this version. I'm also having trouble getting the strumming pattern down right.

Would anyone mind to help an amateur out on this? Is there a better way to play it? Thank you

well what dont you understand about the chords?

Like for example, should Dbmaj7 be G6 shape (320000) and Ebmadd9 be an Am shape (002210)?
