I got my Customs Duty Invoice from DHL today. It sucked, but not as bad as Jason's is gonna suck.

Is there any rhyme or reason to what kind of shipment "qualifies" for a duty invoice? I never received one, unless it was hidden amidst the address label on the package and I just didn't realize it.

It was mailed seperately. You would think I would have to pay this before I could get my package.
