Mexican and Central America ambassador: Pris! she went to the US to see the guys with a nice latin american tour request sign, she also helped some people to get tickets for the mexico concerts and she is super nice

Fanfic Writer 2009: Briggins. Every other writer listed writes snippet chapters that don't even hold a morsel in interest, length and... interest.
Biggest Chris Fan 2009: Cobalt. For butthurt of the fangirls, general lulz that someone who didn't even really participate in the "Chrissy Thread" this year won the award, and general trolling that the other competitors were not good/interesting enough.
Asian Ambassador 2009: but_a_dream. Followed them around which gives her AUTOMATIC COLDPLAYCREDZ!! but she's also very nice.
