Request: Fix You (capital radio) - last notes

Hi everybody

YouTube - Fix You - Chris Martin (Coldplay) - Capital Radio

I was wondering what the last notes (4:03) are that Chris plays in this version of 'Fix you'. I just love that part but can't figure out what it is though I guess it ain't that difficult. Can anyone help?

the chords are (and lowest notes played in the left hand):

Eb, fm, Eb/G, Ab, Eb/G, fm, Eb, Bb, Eb

the highest notes in your right hand should be the thirds of those chords, so:

G, Ab, Bb, C, Bb, Ab, G, F, G ... high Eb at the very end
