I don't think Chris would have the time to be this oracle + I remember that the oracle made a mistake about Chris' Spongebob shirt

but the hand writing wasn't close to his, and Prospekt has tweeted before, and plus it makes sense for Phil to be Prospekt.

I'm not altogether convinced that Phil = Prospekt. Isn't Prospekt supposed to be more like Chris' alter ego? I'm sure that I read somewhere that it is a character that he came up with.
