Coldplays 5th - Parachutes II?? - Page 4

I would like it too if the fifth album would be more acoustic like parachutes/arobtth, but i think like the Spanish influence on vlv they will be very subtle.

may be, if they are right on what they are saying, but so far there's no info about when next album will be recorded and released so, they can change their mind in the meanwhile.

it would be interesting and natural that they do so, many bands do things like that more or less on their 4th or 5th album, when they are free to do what they really want to.

so end revising their own works or exploring new styles and topics.

I think what they mean by 'acoustic' is along the lines of Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground, and Prospekt's March. Softer melodies and acoustic instruments, but with more instruments which demonstrate their versatility which they've gained as a band over the past decade. 8D

I would only want a second Parachutes if another record with a COMPLETELY different sound came out around 6 months after that release!

If they ever did another Parachutes that'd just be a waste. We don't need two of the same thing. But if they did something along those lines that'd be good. I'd like acoustics, but I just don't want it to sound the same.
