I barely remember seeing the first Gulf War on TV, my dad was watching the news. It frightened me and fascinated me at the same time... I was glad it was so far away.

I don't really remember much before 9/11, considering I was only 7 when that happened. I'm sure there's other important events that I experienced before that, but none of them really stick out at me.

Wow, I'm old! I have to say I remember seeing some of the lunar landings live (I was 3 ), and I do remember the news about Woodstock, but just barely. I remember Nixon's impeachment, and the end of the Vietnam war.. Tumultuous times, not all that different from this epoch here.

I was too young to know anything about politics, but I definitely would've cried if I knew better.

Umm, the Slovenian Independence War. Was too young to actually know what was going on, but I remember how we went to an underground shelter because of planes and tanks and all that stuff.
