It could be worse, I went to see Michael Bublé (a crooner, like Harry Connick Jr, who sing oldies Sinatra-style) at St.Pete Forum. There were TONS of old people, as in their 70s and 80s. Also, tons of forced-to-come-by-wife-or-girlfriend guys.

But the answer is as clear as crystal, lol! I really must say hello to you other Coldplay addicts in Florida. To know that I'm not crazy for following them around the state...It makes me feel a little better that I'm not the only one!

well, I'm not among the usual suspects since I joined the forum two months ago.
BUT I've been a fan since Yellow, when I lived in another country.
It took me a long time to see them in concert, yet it was worth waiting (Orlando, Nov 08).

Oh, no, you're not alone. Florida's biggest Coldplay fans UNITE!!!!
Actually, I'm kinda thinking about how to make it to another concert. I'm pondering whether to go to NC or to Houston. If someone was up for a road trip, that would be great!

Yeah, I had to wait for my time to see them as well, when they came to Orlando a few years back. And like you said, it was worth the wait!

If I could, I'd go see them outside of Florida, but for them to come to Florida three times this tour, that's kind of huge. If only I could go to Houston or something! If you have a way, then you should totally do it.

I take it the hardcore fans will be there, then! I cannot wait. Thank you Coldplay!

I'm new here but wanted to know if anyone has seen "Real" Ticket prices for the show? I went on E-bay and a couple of other sites and see that Lawn is $62-72?

According to Live Nation, tix will be around $37-$97 for Tampa.
EDIT: that's the price without the fees.
Other locations, like Sand Diego, is a tad higher.

Just sign up for Ticket Rush. Some fans will be buying tix before us, so they can tell how it went.

i'm new to posting, although i've been a long-time lurker. i can't emphasize enough how excited i was when this date was announced!!

my friend and i went to the orlando concert = best. night. ever. we both got upgraded to front row on jonny' side and it was absolutely amazingggg. anyway, it was such a life-changing experience my friend and I agreed we MUST go again, haha.

oh, i know someone earlier mentioned they signed up for 'Ticket Rush.' Have you gotten the e-mail yet? I haven't and I'm getting kind of worried.

OMG you and I are like the same person. I'm a long time lurker too. I went to the Orlando show with a friend of mine and it was one of the best concerts we've ever been too, and we go to A LOT of concerts. We're hooked so were soo excited for this one! Woo!

The only thing though is I'm a bit iffy about the venue as I've never been to this one and I was hoping it'd be at the ice palace...

Anyways, I signed up for Ticket Rush a few minutes ago and I got the e-mail almost immediatey. Maybe try again?
