i have a hard time believing that BIG news is a show in dubai. that affects a very small number of people.

i think it could be another US tour leg, but i'd be disappointed if it was that because we've been coldplay spoiled and south america hasn't gotten any love this time around. it also could be a south american tour leg announcement, but i don't know, i have a hunch it's not tour dates. watch me be dead wrong

i'm thinking some sort of new material (like a demo from the bakery), a DVD, or something postcards-related, but i'm not optimistic about the postcards thing.

i'd LOVE it to be a DVD!

Ahhhh a Live DVD would be great!!!! Since they say it's such big news, I feel like it must be something that would be big news internationally-- tour dates would only be significant for a few people, so I tend to think that something like a DVD release is more likely.

I have this feeling that we're getting too excited and we're going to be disappointed. I don't want to think this, but that kind of situation happens to me a lot. It did say "quite big," though, so I'm hoping.

It's gotta be a shitload of tour dates, Chris just said that they're about to go on the road for 9 months, which means that they need to fill up mid-March through mid-August with tour dates...

EDIT: oh and mid-September through December, right?
