It's an isolated city n terms of geographic position, but all the italians (from north to south) can help a gracious girls in any case and in any time!

Anyway, I don't think it's isolated, to me it's well served with both train and plane, I mean it's not like going to Milan, but it's not too much harder to get there than to go to Bologna for example.
If you leave from Paris there's a night train to Mestre-Venice (leaving at 20:33 and arriving at 9:21) and once there you can take the train to Udine.

If you arrive by plane from Paris there are AirFrance flights to Trieste Airport, or Ryanair flights to Treviso Airport (then you can take the bus to Mestre train station), or AirFrance and Easyjet flights to Venice.
Easyjet has a flight from Lyon to Venice on Sunday 30th and it's rather cheap at the moment.

So as you can see there are means to reach Udine easily

But of course you must be sure you want to travel alone at least for part of your journey. Seeing there are still days available for other dates to be added, maybe you can wait a bit and see if a French date pops out and then choose what to do

Loads of Croatian sites offered a trip and concert ticket to the event.

I payed mine today. And ticket will be delivered to me in 10 days!!!

There's a 80-90€ offer if I go with koncerti.net but I guess it'd be MUCH cheaper if I travelled by car.

Well Im from Zadar. So I have to pay a ticket to get me to Rijeka, and then to Udine.
So for me its cheaper like this.
Ticket and transport from Rijeka is around 90€!

Yeah ... it's much cheaper then. Well I'll try to find a solution. Paying 10€ for going by car is far more reasonable (and comfortable) than going with bus (it doesn't even go through my city even though it'd shorten up the whole trip)

This site where I bought ticket offered option in which you can buy only tickets and the price is between 50€ and 70€! Depends on place you have.

Yeah ... well it works like this: When I go to uni, I usually pay 3-4€ per ride. Udine is 70-80km away from my hometown (it's a bit closer than the capital), so 10€ is a reasonable price for going there and back again.

Well its definitely more reasonable to get there by car. I just hope you wont have problem with Friuli. But I dont that Udine is big city, so probably everyone know where the stadium is.

It goes from Maribor, then Celje, Ljubljana and Fernetiči (why the hell going almost to the seaside JUST to go back North?).

And thankfully, they should talk Slovene there, I don't think there'll be too big problems with communication!

My Italian is a bit too rusty.
