My friend who also live in France ordered his tickets trough ticketmaster and got them yesterday !! So jealous

Today I had contact with Ticketline by e-mail. I asked them about my 2 seated tickets for the 19th. Asked them if they are still despatching tickets overseas. Their answer:

Thank you for your email. Your seated tickets for Coldplay have been
dispatched. If you have not received them by the time you are due to
come to England, please let us know as we can cancel the posted tickets
and arrange for you to collect a duplicate set of tickets at the venue
on the day of the show. Ticketline staff will be working in the Wembley
box office.

At first I was gonna buy my tickets from ticketmaster too, but then I heard something that they didn't sent them to overseas and it's sure that ticketline do. But main point is that we're gonna have them after all.

Here what they answered me yesterday:

Thank you for your email. Your tickets will be available from Wembley box office on the day of the show. Normally tickets will be available from the West Stand box office. A steward will be able to direct you when you arrive

Is it because mine are GA they won't send them?? I don't get it

Should I try to ask them again or just wait for the 19th??

if you have a room and thus a tab there then pretty late I would have thought, my guess would be 2am on a Saturday night close to Wembley, but best to check their T&Cs
