I know how to play it, its mad easy, but since I haven't had lessons, I don't know the notes :'(

In standard tuning the verse is: Dm-Bb-F-C/F
The chorus: Bb-F- C/F (bass stays on F), then the second time it holds on C
In between bit: F-Bb-F-F
After the in between bit is the outro chord sequence: Dm-Bb-F-F

I learned it by ear, that's how I learnt most of the stuff I know how to play.

Its tough if you ever wanna jam with anyone to not have any knowledge of chords or notes... but thats cool you can learn by ear
