It's ashame though, as much as Center City is awesome the city is under such shit now. It really does need a lot of work and yet the mayor allows the construction of casinos and such shit.

The Delaware River can be totally revamped into something much welcoming and beautiful. Build some parks and cute little restaurants. God, the money would be put to better use.
