Basically, everyone well not everyone but some people have decided to take vows and to wait 'till the album comes out in their country and even go as far as to not come to visit the forum because it'll spoil the surprise or they'll be too tempted which is fine you know.. each to their own. But for me, one of the reasons that I still come to this forum is to share my Coldplay experiences with other fans and other fans experience share their experiences you know (it's a beautiful thing

) so with that being said. I am really looking forward to hit that Download link and experience with the rest of you guys here at the forum.

Let's celebrate it together and let's have a HUGE A** PARTY!!!!! 'cause we've been waiting too long!

provided the site doesn't crash, as i'm fully expecting it to

with violet hill, the coldplay world FROZE for however long the song lasted, and then...

BOOM.

so i expect to be sad on the morning of the 12th when everyone and their brother and their brother's dog's parakeet is trying to post the "OMFG, I LOVED IT" post on this site. but therein lies the looove

well Stephen and Ian have been working on the site.. so hopefully we won't have any problems with the site crashing...or anything like that.

oooh, really?! that sounds great! i didn't really realize that there was much they could do about webtraffic short of spending oodles of money on a new server or something, but thanks, guys!

maybe just a slightly smaller boom, then?

i guess it being a thursday makes a slight difference...work, school, the like. if it was a saturday or sunday, i think ian's carpet would forever be charred.

I think it'll probably be a little slow just slightly but I can deal with that. I don't think it's gonna go as far as to actually crashing the site down. Otherwise, I'll be texting away on msn hahaha

i can see myself being so excited that i'll end up frustrated though

hmm, maybe someone should put together an MSN-name sharing thread in order to get out those initial conversations if the board blows up.

It's going to be pretty crazy on here! The VH release slowed this place down and crashed coldplay.com,lol.

well not to you know I guess bash cp.com but their site always crashes but they do receive a lot more traffic than we do obviously.

haha, but on VH day, that was a particularly royal crash, methinks. and chris and jonny found it just hysterical that their site was in smithereens while they were on radio one. they got a real giggle out of it with jo whiley.
