Hey guys. How does Chris create the organ sound on Fix You when he plays it live on an upright piano? I've always wondered because I can never see any buttons or electrics on his piano which could indicate his piano is an electric one.
Sorry for the random question, can anyone help?

I believe the Yamaha GT20 he uses live is digital acoustic.
http://achamilton.co.uk/GT20.htm He probably uses the MIDI function or something...

As its a digital piano it can be programmed to play different sounds if needed. As far as i know it can also play on its own, eg. when Chris gets up to spin the light it can be programmed to play by itself when the guitar riff comes in, when he has finished and touches the keys again the automatic play finishes and he takes over. Ive never had the chance to see one of these but that is what ive read which is very possible. i went to a place in London years ago and the Church organ could be programmed to play by itself and the organist showed us and it played perfectly by itself.
