Hm, I was once drummer in a metal band. We toured across Europe. What I discovered back then was that the more "evil" the people/bands were trying to be percieved as, the nicer the person behind the make-up was. Some of them who really tried to be "evil" turned out to be quite 'chicken" when it came to a show-down. I don't know this dude, but my guess is his just another poser who would run home to mama if he was faced with a real situation (even the very kind Chris Martin).

me, working as an artist myself, don't like every kind of art too, but i do always respect the work of other artists. particularly there are so many different people and minds on this planet.

who is dani filth again? could it be that an artist who calls himself filth doesn't even respect himself?

he's a generally outspoken man, foul-mouthed and such and goes out of his way to create controversy. i think he likes to annoy coldplay fans as much as he likes to annoy his own, though most of his fans know he's a prolific jokerster (and f**kster

but i think he doubts chris martin's credentials on Fair trade, perhaps he thinks, like his statements, it's a publicity stunt. he believes if he were to believe in something so much he'd tattoo it on his own head. though dani filth being agnostic doesn't believe overly much in anything. he also wouldn't really give a damn about fair trade and equality which is very true, so i dont' think he'd have much qualms with slagging off Coldplays frontman and his activism for fair trade =]

i listen to both bands and i'd say at least an album from each coldplay, and cradle of filth are in my top ten albums =]

I posted this as a news item, generally everything that is Coldplay related is posted, whether it's negative or not.

As far as I can see we've all stated our opinion and my opinion is that given the language he used he hasn't really the smarts to say anything of any worth about anything. No-one said anything about hating him.

I don't think anyone care that much really, is just something to talk about until the new album arrives

And c'mon.. tattoo-ing something on your face to show you really mean it? I'm not saying it's not okay to do that, but every individual can express his/her sincerity in which ever way they want. Not just by tattoo-ing something on their face. Some random guy could tattoo something across his face, not because he's sincere about the message it carries, but rather because he thinks it's cool.
