When I feel bad, I listen to music, draw some abstract things (let your hand take over you, and let it travel on the paper...it's hard first and then it will be easier.)
Or I go out, I lean in the grass, and I forget where I am, looking at the sky, without thinking about nothing...
It's great and you'll feel better.
