Arrow [Brisbane] Coldplay's Elevator Drama

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin was stuck in an elevator for two hours in Australia last week.

The Fix You hitmaker was staying in a Brisbane, Queensland hotel, prior to the band's Friday (23JUN06) gig at the city's Entertainment Centre, when the elevator broke.

A hotel source says, "The lift broke down and Chris ended up stuck in there with a few other people for nearly two hours. He was bursting for the toilet when they were finally rescued."

Q. Hello, We are planning to develop a fan club website for Coldplay whose music rapidly spreads among crowds of people across our country(Turkey). However, We do want to develop this website officially within the Coldplay family. We would be glad if you give us some information.

The Oracle replies:
You can't develop the site as part of the official Coldplay site I'm afraid but there are loads of unofficial fan sites around the world. One international one that springs to mind is http://www.coldplayzone.it. If you contact Patrizio he's really nice so am sure he'd be helpful.

Oh poor Chris, being stuck for two hours must be awful...
But not for the other persons who were lucky to spend two hours with him

I bet chris was anxious. I'm curious to know what they talked about or did while waiting.
