Speed of Sound on Kidz Bop 9?!

I'm not sure if they have Kidz Bop CDs outside of the U.S., but if they don't, here's a short explanation: Basically, they take all these popular songs and have kids sing them. Like a 5th grade karaoke day!

We saw the commercial and we always joke about it, and I started singing SoS in a kiddy voice because I thought "That'll never be on there. That's Hilary Duff stuff man."

Then my sister laughed and yelled "OH MY GOD SPEED OF SOUND!" She saw it... saw it on the scrolling track titles.

I needs to hear a clip of this. Amazon.com will hopefully put it up soon.

Oh man.

Of course my sis had a look. She was the first to flip through it. Then I hear her say, "...Look. Heehee."

So I look. And on her month, August, is Guy. Duuhhhhhhh. Figures!

We checked how other Kidz Bop songs were done. You can hear the original singer's voice pretty clearly sometimes. So Speed of Sound will be like Coldplay singing with a kindergarten class.

That reminds me of something, I don't know if it's known in other countries.
Here in Hungary, there were albums on which hits were covered in smurf style. Do you remember them? The little blue well...smurfs, the cartoon

It was horrible! The lyrics were 'funny'

and they sang in that horrible smurf voice

Awful! Btw, I had one of their albums :embarrased
