Everybody loves Dave, he's the nicest guy in rock.

I've got money on by the end of 2009, a Foo Fighters greatest hits CD getting released, to get some extra money for Sony, 'cos I wouldn't expect to see a new album for a couple years.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foo_fighter

"The term foo fighter was used by Allied aircraft pilots in World War II to describe various UFOs or mysterious aerial phenomena seen in the skies over both the European and Pacific Theater of Operations.

Though "foo fighter" initially described a type of UFO reported and named by the U.S. 415th Night Fighter Squadron, the term was also commonly used to mean any UFO sighting from that period.[1]"

Saw them last year in Orlando and thought that was awesome show.... but, I just got the Wembley DVD and it kicks ass! Really, that is outstanding show. Highly recommend to buy this one and also the Skin and Bones acoustic concert from LA Pentages Theater DVD is just too good! They are my favorite US band... then comes the Brits Radiohead and CP of course!

nothing will beat their acoustic work. a great sign of how great a band is how they do acoustic shows and fooeys acoustic shows kicked ass!!

i'm going to miss them over their extended hiatus. i was hearing that they won't be getting back in the studio until 2011 if not later.
