Default Richard Ashcroft

Anyone excited about seeing Fiona Apple or Richard Ashcroft open for Coldplay? I am a huge Verve fan, as well as Ashcroft's solo stuff. If anyone doesn't have any Verve cds, I recommend them highly!

They did Bitter Sweet Symphony together at the London Live 8 performance. It was really great. Don't think they'd do it at the concerts though, as Richard performs first and does it then. At least that is what they did the last time he supported in Europe.

this is the first time i am going to see coldplay with an opener that plays similair music to them...so dont rule out the chance that ashcroft and coldplay do something special at the concert.

Well, I've seen him. It was...at Coldplay gig (as a support of course). And there it was "bittersweet symphony", and Chris M. (backstage, or I should rather say: on the life side of it) was going crazy (you know some kind of dancing, feeling the music...)

yeah I was gonna say, even if he did Bittersweet Symphony or Lucky Man on his own, that would be amazing
