Default Trojan

Hey, I have a trojan on my laptop and my Norton Antivirus and a spyware program are both unable to get rid of it. Its in C\WINDOWS\system32. When I try to delete it, it says I can't because its being used or summat. Its annoying and I don't want it to spread. Any help would be awesome

If you can find the virus name before it corrupts files
Go into safemode, and search for the virus file and deleate it

SafeMode only lets windows compoments in the RAM. So no viruses can work while in safemode

That's one of the greatest antivirus that I have ever used. I've been with it for 3 years and haven't had a single problem with it.

Highly recommended!
