i'm sure there's better out there, but i can't think of any off the top of my head.

1) Radiohead
2) Bjork
3) Weezer
4) Korn (even though i'm not a fan of their music)

i agree with korn and weezer having great videos....

speaking of bjork and weezer i also think spike jonze is one of the best video directors out there. another one of my favorite directors is jonas akerlund

i think chili peppers have the best videos, esp. for Californication and Scar Tissue. Their new one for Don't Stop is hilarious..with the crayons up Fleas nose...lmfao..
