never say never! they may, and if not, come here lol they appear to come here a lot without me having a clue about it.
it was all about coldplay last year...if that's an excuse lol i'm trying to make myself feel better.

but geeez, this is a bit insane to accept! i wish i knew about them earlier, i would've been the first to purchase a ticket! let's hope they keep with their frequency and come back! :hopes!:

yeah ill probably see them abroad one day... but lets say you could only go to one concert, Coldplay or Sigur Ros. Who would you choose to go to?

ok, after much deliberation and careful thinking, i would have to say sigur ros ONLY because i have already seen coldplay lol but it's difficult, in terms of concerts, i would like sigur ros to open for coldplay, that would be ideal!...one can dream!
you put it out there so now you answer lol sigur ros or coldplay!

Sigur Ros

i was a hardcore fan of Coldplay before by the way

i would choose them over everything then, even was gonna fly 12 hours to see them.. but Sigur Ros changed that

and now looks like Mew is taking 2nd place and Coldplay going back to 3rd..

the only reason i knew of sigur ros is because of your avi of jonsi a while ago which led me to the thread, then the uploads lol yeah, pretty much history from there.

news (fréttir) new album in the works

13 January 2007

sigur rós have begun recording their new album and expect to finish it later this year. according to georg, it remains to be seen whether the band will be taking a totally new direction on the album. “we have finished recording a few songs but some more things need to be done. we don’t know exactly where the album is heading yet. we are really just experimenting at this stage. some of the songs we recorded are old songs which we had written a while ago, unreleased material which we never got a chance to finish. we decided it was time they were recorded.” georg says there is a possibility the album will be released this year but nothing is confirmed at this point.
