/old post, but I'm reviving, because I feel like talking about The Fray.

Yes, a lot of their stuff sounds the same, but it's all good.
It seems to me that a lot of bands other than Coldplay sound the same record after record after record...
They happen to be my second favorite band.

I won tickets to see them in like 2005 or 2006... it was a VIP setting at a bar in Hartford, CT and only 20 or 30 people were there. When they were done performing, they sat down at a table and had their backs turned to everyone. A security guard told everyone to stand back and leave them alone basically, which really turned me off to them personally. There were not a lot of people there, they could've taken photos or signed autographs, and even if they didn't want to, they could've just left instead of sitting there ignoring everybody. Their music isn't bad though.
