I think you should try contacting with United Center people. Also you can always ask The Oracle about it.

I don't mean to be judgmental, but in my opinion, proposals and getting engaged are very subtle and private matters and I don't think the best idea is to do it in public, especially on concert, in front of thousands of people. I don't mean to be insensitive or non supportive. If you think this is the way you want it, then go for it. Just take a moment to reconsider.

I am also attending this concert. Which day are you doing?

Contacting the venue is definitely your best bet. When I saw Muse in Anaheim, a couple was able to propose on stage before the show too. (so it wasn't WITH the band) I don't know if every arena would allow such a thing, but if you want any shot at it at all, you need to ask the venue, preferably ASAP so they have plenty of notification.
