That picture a couple pages back says the release date is March 19. That's pretty close and we've yet to hear any word from the band. I wonder if it's true...

The band have been awfully quiet about all new singles really. Apart from shooting videos.

If you ever notice, Coldplay tend to release 2 B-sides to every single release on CD. Apart from The Hardest Part, Viva La Vida, Strawberry Swing (1 B-Side) and Lovers In Japan (NO B-Sides).

I don't think we will be blessed with b-sides for this era. I think they are dying out. It is much better for everyone to group those songs and make an EP.

I think we all NEED something new. This album is getting a little old after listening to every song so many times.

Mylo Xyloto is still fresh for me, and I'm not tired of it.
However I agree that it's time to release some new songs, and at least a new single (6 months since Paradise)...

Today many artists don't release propper singles, they just say "this is our new single, here's a video to promote it, now buy it on iTunes", that happened to Lovers In Japan, it didn't work at ALL, but it's working for CB.
