Did anyone else get 2 cds with their vinyl?

I posted this question in a vinyl thread a while ago but I don't think i got an answer. Is it normal to have 2 cds included with the vinyl? I purchased my copy on the release date, but since I don't have a record player it took me a while to open it and look inside. Here's a pic of what was included. Notice the two white cds.

I've been receiving questions and comments on flickr about it so I'm thinking it may have been a mistake if others don't have it.
