Arrow Danny's Duet Offer For Chris Martin

Danny McNamara hasn't ruled out a future hit single with his mate Chris Martin.

The Embrace singer, who helped Coldplay at the start of their career by giving them support slots at their gigs in 2000, has talked of a possible collaboration.

He said: "I've said to Chris that we should write a song together. He writes great verses and I write great choruses so we should do it at some point. It'll surely be a hit."

Ehhh... I'm not wild about Embrace or Danny's voice. He sounds like a counrty-Western singer. I can appreciate their friendship and what they did for Coldplay's career, but I'm not very found of their music (Plus, their version of 'Gravity' was, in my opinion, terrible).

I have to agree with this one. When I first heard the song, I loved it and really liked Embrace and all - then I heard that it's written by Chris, I heard the Coldplay version and thought "oh damn, Coldplay did it so much better, Embrace destroyed that song!"

Hmm i can't agree with this one
When i saw for the first time the clip of gravity (the Embrace version) i loved it !
I don't like all their songs but a couple of them are really great
Okay, Coldplay's version is better i agree, but i don't like the end with those 'voices' that weird sound you know.
But the Embrace version is also great !

Yeah, like I said, Embrace did a wonderful song - but only if you haven't heard the Coldplay version At least that's what happened in my case - I loved the Embrace version and thought it was such a beautiful, brilliant song, until I heard Chris' version and was totally blown away by it. The Embrace version was nice, but couldn't blow me away

Oke Well i loved the song, and you know the end of the coldplay version i don't like it that much.. The rest of the song is too great, but the end is sometimes annoying me a bit.

Yeah I know that feeling when one part of a song kinda stays in your mind, no matter how hard you try to appreciate the rest of it I've got that with many songs.. The Feeling end almost all their songs with a stupid 70s-chorus, which is fun, but annoying after some time
