does anyone use program REASON and CUBASE and ...

i have a problem... dont know how to combine reason and cubase ? i see that it's possible, but dont know how... i just mustnt have open both programs at the same time, otherwise one doesnt work - no sound ....
does anyone know what to do ? it'd be really appreciated

but it definitely needs some strings samples ...
