Also, I know a Japan- focused forum where there are some Japanophiles from the UK, as well as foreigners from around the world who live over there now, and Japanese members themselves. If you'd like to talk to them or pick their brains, ask them what they think of the idea etc just PM me and I'll point you in the right direction. By the way, I don't know if you came across it but 'children's day' in Japan is actually more like 'boy's day' - despite the name! There's also a 'girl's day' which gives a unique insight into Japanese culture too, though a unified day is best all round I agree. Please do post this as well on the Lovers thread! Great work guys
