Aw, well I have my fingers crossed! I would go down with the family friend anyway, it's worth some weirdness! Although that drive will be almost impossible, they're shutting down almost every major road and the traffic is going to be INSANE. But good luck!
My friend picked up our tickets today, they're beautiful! We're in the Mall Standing section, unfortunately, but it's still much better than nothing! With my camera I should be able to see just fine
She sent me pictures of the ticket, and I'd definitely show you but I'm a bit nervous about uploading them online... I'll investigate

Phew, I think I've calmed down now See my friend had texted me and said "we didn't get the tickets", so I called her and she was like "yeah, it just didn't work out". So I was on the verge of tears when she suddenly goes "Zoe, I'm kidding- we're going!!!" I then proceeded to burst out crying and almost pass out 
I just can't believe it! You should be honored to know that you're the first person I told (after updating my Facebook status of course 
)!
And I already checked- the tote is small enough that security will let me bring it in

Well I'd be getting the ticket from my friend, but if the tickets are for different sections, then we won't actually be sitting together. See, there are 5 different sections that require tickets, and there's no guarantee that the tickets you get will all be in the same section... It's all extremely complicated and confusing!

To the swearing-in!!! I should find out by Thursday if I get the ticket... I've been completely freaking out since my friend told me Hopefully I'll find out soon, the anticipation is killing me!

Eh, both. They all really hate Coldplay, so they kept talking about how awful they are
Chemistry was okay today because someone broke a beaker, so everyone looked good to my teacher compared to that- the beaker was worth $150!
And I have just one thing to say.... *clears throat*
I MIGHT HAVE AN INAUGURATION TICKET. OH MY GOD.
