I am! I'm just finishing up an internship at a history magazine in the city right now (today is my last day), and then I am off to visit family in Ontario as of tomorrow morning!
My new university is only about 2 and a half hours away, so it's not too far. I have close relatives in the city as well so I will be able to bum food off of them if cafeteria food sucks haha!
Awh I hope you find a job soon. They really can be difficult to find, especially one that you will enjoy doing every day. Are you doing anything else this summer? Any trips or anything?

Yep classes officially ended as of yesterday, so exam week is right now. My last exam is Monday and then I'm DONE! I'm transferring schools next year because the university in my town is kind of a gong show

Awhh it will work out, I'm sure! Is there a public high school in your area? My town only has public schools, and we have three high schools to choose from. So obviosuly I picked the cool one. haha no not really...I picked the one closest to where I live. And it also had the best music program out of all of them
Yeeahhh I'm happy to be done. But at the same time, I'm REALLY going to miss certain classes, and I'm definitely going to cry when band ends. My instruments aren't really things that I'd play outside of a band, and since I won't have a band to play in I'll never get to play them again. And I rented them because they're expensive to buy (and also it was pointless to buy them just to play for a couple years in high school band). So my euphonium/trombone days are over in a month!
