Wow, I thought everyone liked the debut strokes album!! (love it, personally.) Yeah I have to get it done by 4pm tomorrow, so I have a bit of time tomorrow morning if I get distracted. I have to go to JB anyway tomorrow to get the new Editors cd that's out then. I agree with the distractions. This is my 2nd last assignment, so after tomorrow I think I am going to get serious about uni again! And you definitely have no incentive to study.

dude i've got an accounting assignment due tomorrow havent started yet. but all my mates are done so i'll leach of them lol. all this BDO shit has been a massive distraction. i need to get back to serious studying from tonight. my parents are down in your neck of the woods for a week so no incentive to study haha

i live in the bogan end of sydney, so i feel grateful when i open a new cd and see that it actually has all its contents. the xx debut is one of those albums that will just click for you instantly or you'll just never get into it. its a bit like Is This It by the strokes, i find it impossible to get people to listen it and appreciate its brilliance like i do.

I just opened a new cd I bought and realised they put 2 of the same booklets inside it. Jewel case and all. How is that possible to miss? Score.

My plan for the rest of the night:
a) start and finish a 2,200 word assignment on the use of ICT in management
b) Get my BDO tickets
c) Watch any BDO developments

So I am pretty much online for the next 8 hours!

no unfortunately i dont have the finances to support that much fun lol. i need to keep in mind muse sideshow as well as V fest 2010 and its sideshows. as well the millions of sideshows starting to be announced around falls fest, still waiting for grizzly bear and yeah yeah yeahs sydney dates.

the sydney show has the same capacity of melbourne. they are both 55 000. in 2004 when they had two shows, both of the shows were held with reduced capacities. that wont be happening this time. also in 2004 metallica demanded that they would only do the second BDO in sydney if they received all the profits from the night.

Oh and I am stoked... Editors announced sideshows. They are playing in Melb on (a monday.. odd) 4th of Jan, at a good venue too.

I don't think it will happen in Melbourne... the capacity is too large. Think it can hole about 50-60,000. Is sydney's capacity much smaller?

As for getting a 2nd day, you going to that? I would SO go to both. Then I wouldnt have any clashes!! So I am happy if the same thing happens in melb. Given it would mean putting the BDO on a weekday or another weekend (they come back) it may not happen at all. So I will definitely have to get a ticket. I'm actually tempted to go to Sydney's 2nd show as well.. its on a sat, and it's the 100th BDO ever...
