COULD SOMEONE TELL ME OR RECOMMEND ME OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, A PROGRAM FOR PICTURES. I MEAN SUPPOSE YOU HAVE A WEB CAM AND YOU WANT TO EDIT THE PICTURES AND SO, WHAT WOULD YOU USE?????? :confused:

I have "Ulead Photo Express 3.0 SE" --- never use it though... you can prolly just go to the store and see what they have... compair prices and what each program can do... or maybe someone else will know of one you can get for free online.

There´s Photoimpact, Photoimpression, Macromedia Fireworks or the best of all in my own opinion, which is Adobe Photoshop.
