same here! I don't hear his bass. I don't hear his bass in Us against the world too! Compare to the live version. I hear organs but not that heavy bass!

Push your earbuds/headphones into your ears. Then you can hear it pretty well

Pretty sure I can hear Guy's bass too. Check your speakers, or raise the bass in your iTunes/whatever you're using :)
