Used Audacity to slow it down 50% and saved it as an mp3.

Well, it's a cool idea to speed up the chorus and put it in the intro. But if it affects negatively in the music (as it does) it's not really cool...
It sounds like annoying babies, and ruined a really great intro and bridge.

Whoa cool. I remember the Oracle saying it was his singing sped up, surprised no one tried this before.

I'd read it was Chris's vocals sped up, but was curious as to what he'd be singing.

Another reason why Charlie Brown is the best Coldplay song in existance.

I have a moment in life with such a cute/lovely baby talking :) I wish it is still there - enjoying your child side, this simple.

Good job
Wanted to do the same with the intro. When I listened to the track on my iPod I already thought that something was said (or in this case, sung). Great job!

Very cool. I just googled "charlie brown intro slow" to see if anyone had done this yet. It sounds spooky

Great work! I was definitely curious about this.
It was an effect I definitely wasn't expecting based on the live version.

Haha this is weird! I thought he was singing something, now all I hear are the lyrics in the intro :P

I knew it was something being sped up so I'm glad someone went and did it! Thanks a million! :)
I gotta say this thread ruined the way CB sounded for me.
This beginning was earlier only a horny kitty moaning to me. Now I hear the speeded up vocal everytime and it kicks me out of the song tempo. I wish I hadn't see this thread

Once you know it seems really obvious I think!

:( it's one of the things I love about the song. It sounds amazing to me.

Amazing, quite a surprise to hear those funny voices for the first time. It made me laugh. Am I hearing the chipmunks or what? Thanks for that, nice work. Actually sounds weird and different. The ahhh ahhhh ahhhhhhh at the end is great too.

Funny, I did the same thing last night (without having read this thread). Slowed down, 50%, via Audacity...
I thought I heard "Old Man... old man"... I still can't hear the "All the boys, all the girls" to which you refer, but everyone seems to agree, so you probably got it.
