It’s a good noisy crowd that sing through the show at the Ahoy - none more so than when the band are on the B-Stage and the cheer for Will during Us Against The World is so huge that the song grinds to a halt amidst disbelieving giggles on stage.

Me too, I remember it so well. I was really exicted when the Back to the Future theme kicked in and then the band came on stage.
But when all those Xylobands started to glow... Wow, that's really something you can't record on video! I was looking around at all the lights and when I looked back to the stage the graffiti wall was rising up. :dazzled:

Just saw the comments on the flickr page of the picture posted before, this guy (Bart Notermans) was asked by Coldplay to come and shoot them again since they used some of his pictures from the Pinkpop gig. He was the only photographer who was allowed to picture the whole show at Ahoy. He is awesome!

Als het klopt: Is dit dan het concert dat Coldplay afgelopen December gaf in Ahoy, Rotterdam?

It's possible, if they really broadcast between 6 and 8 pm. The show was 1,5 hour or so, so including Giel's interview 2 hours seems reasonable! :)

Haha, I remembered when I was working at Radio 2 they also wanted to do a Coldplay live special. I just visited the Nijmegen concert so I had a copy of LeftRightLeftRightLeft, which they end up using in the special. Radio makers are lazy :laugh3:
