Yeah, because it's an EP.
But I do like that EP, I feel weird because Rainy Day has a little MX to it with bad effects in voice like autotune and synths but it still sounds okay. Like they can do what they're doing now just in a different way? IMHO.

I'm still perturbed that LIT II was not on Viva. It's a perfect opener. Other than that, I do love PM. It was a welcome release.

What?
I have never heard any autotune*, snyths or anything like what you said.
* Autotune is not voice effects.

Certainly Glass of Water is my favourite song from the Viva era. As for Rainy Day, that's not autotune lol. What you can here there is Chris' voice recorded multiple times in different pitch and mixed. And it sounds great to me. I love how the lyrics are so random that they make sense.

I guess my avatar gives it away but I also love Prospektīs March, as much or even more than Viva. Rainy Day is one of my fav song, Glass Of Water is one of the hardest rocking song they have ever done and Prospektīs March the song is a wonderful ballad.
Itīs just a lovely little collection of songs, spanning from one genre to another. I hope for more Eps like that in the future.

I don't think its weird at all, actually. I think it's their most energetic and creative piece of work yet.

I believe life in technicolor had lyrics, but they felt like it was an obvious single, so they removed the lyrics and made it instrumental. They didn't want the comfort of an obvious single.

"Glass of Water" should've been the model for the direction they were going.
It's still Coldplay, but it has a larger feel to it.
And it's awesome.

I also prefer LiT over LiTII, but I still love 'em both.
Hearing those first few notes of LiT when the Viva La Vida live shows began was awesome. Chills down the spine...:)
I have to say, I'm a fan of Lost+. If Jay-Z had told us all about his bitches and bling, I'd hate it, but it's pretty profound what he says.
That's an unpopular opinion I'm sure, but hey :P

I never really liked Glass of Water. But I agree for LITii, should definitly have been on LP4 !
And even if it's just piano, Postcards from Far Away is a very pretty pierce I think.

I think the whole LP4 era was just superb. I think VLVODAAHF is a much more appreciated album by fans and critics than it was 3 years back....and it was very much appreciated back then.

Glass of Water and Prospekt's March are amazing!
No not weird at all.
Life in Technicolor II, Postcards From Far Away, Glass of Water, Rainy Day, Prospekt's March and Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground are all brilliant and better than most of the Viva la Vida album to be honest.

I saw an abbreviated version of the subject line and it said "Is it weird that I think...."
Yes that is weird. Who thinks these days? Thinking is outdated.
And no, it's not weird that you think Prospekt's march is the best.
